Production Facilities

Panels, plant and controls are made under one roof and test-fitted before packing — so what arrives at your site bolts together the way the drawing promised.

Roll forming line producing insulated panels

Panel Production

Booth walls and oven chambers start as color-coated steel and rock-wool cores on our roll-forming and panel lines. Making panels in-house sets the tolerance that makes site assembly a bolt-up job instead of a shimming exercise.

Cabin Assembly & Test Fitting

Doors are hung, glass is set, plenums and light frames are fitted, and each booth is trial-erected before packing. Panels ship numbered against the assembly drawing, hardware bagged by step.

Heating & Controls Shop

Burner groups and heat exchangers are matched to each cabin volume, and control panels are wired and simulated in-house — spray/bake interlocks, over-temperature protection, and your local voltage and labeling standards.

Packing, Shipping & Install Support

Booths pack flat and dense — a standard car booth fits one 40 ft container with room for spares. English manuals, wiring diagrams and step videos come standard; our engineers support installation over video call across time zones.
